Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) is committed to customer service excellence. Our programs and services are delivered in a way that reflects the principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity. Through these key principles, OCE strives to provide our programs and services in a respectful manner that is accessible to all of our customers.
In compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA, 2005) Customer Service Standard, OCE's policies, practices and procedures governing the provision of programs and services to persons with disabilities are available on request.
The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is committed to providing a fully-accessible environment for people with disabilities. For details on accessibility features of the venue and for accessible floorplans, visit the MTCC's accessibility page.
Feedback about the delivery of services to persons with disabilities is welcomed, as it may identify areas that require change and assist in continuous service improvement. Such feedback may be by telephone, in writing, or by email.
Where possible, feedback will be addressed immediately. Some feedback may, however, require more effort to address and may need to be reviewed before an action is taken. OCE will respond within 21 working days.
Feedback may be provided to:
